Sewing A Clutch using Batik Scraps

Clutch from Scraps

Hi everyone, Wow- I can’t believe it’s July! My summer shop at our local flea market is now open. I held off for a couple of weeks due to Covid19 but I am now in business!

It was a busy week with cleaning and merchandising the shop but I did get a video out. I sewed this project a couple of weeks ago and love the result. Hope you enjoy this clutch tutorial using scraps of batiks.

Adding a phrase to the project

The front of the clutch has a different phrase. I purchased this “phrase” fabric several years ago. It is from a Moda collection, “Odds & Ends” by Julie Comstock.
