I made a notebook cover for a 5” x 7” composition book. Here are the cutting measurements:

Cut:

*Peltex stabilizer- 7.5" x 11"

*Outer and inner fabrics- 8.5" x 12"

*Pocket fabric- 8.5" x 15". Cut the piece in half, you will have 2 pieces measuring 8.5" x 7.5". Fold each pocket in half and press. Each should measure approximately 8.5" x 3.75" folded.

*Ribbon- 12"
