We are in the middle of lockdown. I wanted to create a wall hanging depicting my home and how grateful I am. Home = Family! I started with a pile of scraps and began laying out the design.

A viewer sent me this “measuring tape” trim. It adds texture and interest to the tree.

Using brown thread and free-motion stitching to attach the pieces, really makes the piece come alive. I love the flowers!

I found this clips at the flea market last summer. ( My mom used similar clips to hang my mittens from my sleeves.) They made for an interesting way to hang my little piece.
