Enjoy Nature, Mini Wall Hanging

I’ve been itching to try this new Bigz Die that I purchased after Thanksgiving. It is call Nordic Scene. I love this simple, whimsical design. I created this easy mini wall hanging. Enjoy the process!

I used several items that I had laying on my table for this project. Such a good feeling! First, I had this piece of heavy cotton canvas. It measures 13” x 27”. I frayed the edges by ripping it. Different colors of cotton quilting prints were used for the appliqués. The green ribbon came from a Christmas gift.

I used two different Bigz dies for the fonts. “Word Play” by Tim Holtz, and “Block Letters”.

Enjoy Nature

I found this stick in my yard. The perfect thing to hang a Nature Wall Hanging! The jute secures the stick and adds texture to the ribbon.
