Easy Fabric Covered Journals, Easy No-Sew Binding

Fabric Covered Journals

Bunny Journals

n this week’s project, I sew these fabric covered journals. The fabric is a heavy cotton canvas. I tear the canvas to size. I love the frayed edge. If you want to sew along, the PDF bunny design is available in my Etsy Shop here. The bunny is stitched using free-motion.

I use a varied of different pages for my journals. Many are tea dyed. Some are pages from old diaries and planners that I have collected. One of my favorite are scanned images of old linens. Many are from my Mom’s collection. I have a pack of my linen scans available in my Etsy Shop here. Also included in the pack are transparent images. I love using the transparent ones for journal pages because they are easy to write on. Here are some photos of the yumminess inside the journals.
